Model Release

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

1. I irrevocably and absolutely authorize Liane Candice Fine Art Photography, to use photographs of me, and or my minor children and or my property and authorize him/(her/their and his/her/their assignees), licensees, legal representatives assigns and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by Liane Candice Photography.


2. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.


3. I release and discharge Liane Candice Photography and those acting under its authority from any and all liabilities, claims and demands arising out of or relating to any blurring, distortion, or alteration whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in connection with the Images, or in connection with any processing, alteration, transmission, display, or publication of the Images.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

1. I grant to Liane Candice Fine Art Photography and their legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable right to use and publish photographs, still or moving, of me and/or my minor children or in which I/we may be included, for the restricted purposes of self-promotion, including advertising the Photographer’s business, in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval.


2. I hereby release Liane Candice Photography, their  legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

Electronic Signatures. The parties acknowledge and agree that this agreement may be executed by an electronic signature, which shall be considered as an original signature for all purposes and shall have the same force and effect as an original signature. Without limitation, “electronic signature” shall include faxed versions of an original signature or electronically scanned and transmitted versions (e.g., via pdf) of an original signature.
